Sweet Pepper Dip

Directions

  1. Mix sour cream and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Blend red bell peppers into a powder in a food processor or blender. Add water to bell pepper powder and mix until all powder is moistened.
  3. Add red pepper mixture to sour cream mixture. Next add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until thickened.
